No — the server is open to anyone. Just install the client and connect, no application needed.
Faction applications are handled in-game once you've created a character — check the in-game job board or ask staff via Discord.
The live status widget refreshes periodically, so there's occasionally a short lag between an actual restart and the badge updating.
Open a report ticket in the Discord server with evidence (video/screenshots) — staff review reports in the order received.
Ban appeals go through the appeals channel in Discord — include your character name and the ban reason shown.
