Client
Get the game client installed and connected in a few minutes.
Installation

Install GTA: San Andreas
You'll need a legitimate copy of the base game installed first.

Install open.mp
Download the open.mp client launcher and point it at your GTA:SA install folder.

Add the server
Add
IP: play.northbaystaterp.online
Port: 15097to your server list.

Connect & create a character
Double-click the server to connect, then follow the on-screen character creation.
open.mp clients are backwards compatible, so classic SA-MP 0.3.7 installs work too.
Common connection issues
- Client won't launch — confirm your GTA:SA path is set correctly in the launcher settings.
- "Unable to query server" — usually a firewall blocking outbound UDP; temporarily disable it to test.
- Stuck on "Connecting..." — the server may be full or restarting; check status on the main site.
